How do I apply for an apartment at Golden Pond Apartments?

What do I need to qualify for an apartment?
All applicants must complete a rental application and pass our standard screening process, which includes income verification, rental history, and a background check. If you have questions about qualifications, please contact our leasing office for full details.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Renter’s insurance is not required, but it is strongly recommended. A policy can help protect your personal belongings in case of fire, theft, or other unexpected events. We encourage residents to speak with an insurance agent to learn more about available options.

Once your application is approved and your unit is ready, you may move in as soon as your lease is signed and all required payments are made. Our team will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth move-in process.

What are the pet fees and pet requirements?
• Cats and Dogs: $300 non-refundable fee per pet
• Pet Rent: $20/month per pet
• Exotic/Caged Pets: $100 non-refundable fee per pet
• Examples include: turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, parrots, and similar small animals
• Maximum of 2 total pets per apartment home
• Fees do not cover damages and are non-refundable
Are there pet amenities in the community?
Yes! Golden Pond offers plenty of green space, pet waste stations and sidewalks all throughout the community for daily adventures.
Is there maintenance onsite?
Yes. We have an on-site maintenance team available during regular office hours to assist with routine service requests.
Is maintenance available after hours?
Yes. Golden Pond offers 24-hour emergency maintenance. If you experience a maintenance emergency for immediate assistance.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
For non-emergency requests, residents can submit maintenance tickets through the online resident portal or the mobile app at any time.
